Disappointed, pain point of our trip
Pros: It was a place to stay Cons: It was completely gutted (construction). Didn’t have breakfast or a room with two beds, both which I paid for. Staff put in a bad spot by leadership. Was there for the night for my daughter’s birthday (kings Island), worst part of the trip was this lodging.
Pros: I loved the room. It was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable also. Cons: It was a holiday weekend, so it was a bit short staffed but overall the staff that came in took care of the guests.
Thought it was more of an upscale place as a 3 star
Pros: The layout of the room was perfect. The king size been was very comfortable. Cons: The stated bar was a 4ft space next to check-in/checkout spot. Only 1 person covers both. Ended up going out for a night cap. The breakfast was pathetic! After the hot foods ran out, that was it! Most was gone after 30 min. Again, ended going out for breakfast. There was a small area for too many to find a table or seat.
Clean and friendly people
Pros: The living room area Cons: I had a water leak and mattress was wet. I just got done fighting stage 3 cancer so my a immune system is low. My son and I went to use the pool and it was absolutely filthy. I didn't get into it cause I didn't want to catch anything.
