Pros: It was clean overall. Cons: The traffic noise was excessive, and the air conditioner was loud, too.

I enjoyed my stay, the complementary breakfast was ok, I wish the room had a microwave.

Pros: Breakfast buffet was very good; I slept like a baby - quiet and comfy bed Cons: I don't remember being advised up front that parking was $15/day.

Clean facilities, but an inconvenient location and poor follow-up from staff.

Cons: I was disappointed with how the staff handled an incorrect $5.33 charge. They said it was for Saratoga water, but we did not purchase any water or food, brought our own water, and there was no bottled water in our room. I explained this and asked them to double-check, but received no further response or explanation. The lack of follow-up was the reason for my low staff rating.
