Perfect vacation at a perfect hotel!!
Pros: Clean and tidy hotel, large and spacious room, always clean and tidy every time we returned. Amazing staff from the first to the last, immediate response to everything! Kind and friendly. Perfect breakfast. Highly recommend!! Excellent location, close to the underground train station, walking distance from the Tower Bridge. Cons: There was nothing we didn't love, everything was perfect!
