WiFi not working but otherwise we had a great experience staying here. Room was very clean, comfortable, everything as expected.

Worst experience in Niagara
Very rude staff, filthy carpet, dusty room, bed too soft, not recommended for the price you pay and hyatt member were not welcome. For a healthy stay avoid staying at this hotel.

Pros: כלום - יחס מזעזע - המזגן מותקן בתוך עמוד שגם המנוע מרעיש - הם יודעים על זה וזה לא מופיע בשום צורה באתר בוקינג ולא באתר הרשמי שלהם!!!!!😡 היחס של כל הצוות מזלזל גם אחרי שפונים מלון אפס רמה Cons: כלום - יחס מזעזע - המזגן מותקן בתוך עמוד שגם המנוע מרעיש - הם יודעים על זה וזה לא מופיע בשום צורה באתר בוקינג ולא באתר הרשמי שלהם!!!!!😡 היחס של כל הצוות מזלזל גם אחרי שפונים מלון אפס רמה כמו כן משהו ששכחנו והתקשרנו אמרו שלא נמצא והם משקרים כי זו מכונה לשטיפת השיניים .. ברור שהייתה שם - בושה של מקום

Trip with family
Loved the location of hotel and overall service by hotel staff. Breakfast was my most favorite part. Not needed to take out car since all the attraction was in walking distance only, although we were having stroller and wheelchair .
