Pros: Breakfast, location Cons: That the life was taking so much time and we had to use the stairs.

Pros: Excellent location, clean room. Just so happened we asked somebody {male} at the desk for a shuttle to the NCL pier that morning and the guy said it's all fully booked for the day. And later that day, at noon, we asked a lady at the counter when we're ready to leave and she said the shuttle is outside and maybe he will be able to take us to the pier. The driver took us to the pier within the 5 minutes, and we were the only passengers and we're glad we asked another person at the desk. I was not able to get her name. Breakfast was awesome but I didn't get the room I booked, so I wouldn't stay there again.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Best We've ever had. So much variety. It met everyone's dietary needs. Cons: The room we received was not the one I booked on line. It slept the same number of people, but the room we had reserved was not ready when we arrived. We arrived at 4:05pm. Check in was 4pm. At that time the desk attendant said that housekeeping had not finished cleaning our room, but offered us a different room. Basically a bait and switch. Next they charged us to stay in their parking garage, I thought it was free parking with our stay, which may be
