The worst!! Filthy

Pros: Nothing! the rooms are so dated and my family couldn't even stay at the hotel. they ended up staying another hotel Cons: It is Booking.com's fault for encouraging false advertising. My family couldn't even stay and ended up booking at another hotel. The hotel is filthy and extremely dated! They refused to refund us or even pay back a portion of our booking. we forfeited the entire booking amount. their name is also confusing - intentionally. as it sounds like another well known Hyatt brand

Fantastic, and would definitely book again.

Pros: Unbelievably easy to get into NYC. Bus stop right outside the hotel door, with super fast service to the Port Authority terminal at 7th and 42nd. Hotel itself was VERY clean with free parking, and great staff. We’re a family of 5 and the suite room was both spacious and affordable. No brainer if you’re looking for a low cost option for an NYC trip. Cons: Breakfast can be crowded, and replenishment seems to really slow down as the end of breakfast approaches. If you’re not early, you may miss out on some of the hot menu items.

Easy access to NYC

Pros: Situated in a nice neighborhood to New York City with easy access to the city by bus and train. Cost effective. Cons: Breakfast options were the same for all 4 days of my stay

Pros: The room was just right for our needs. clean and bright, and had good lighting. the Kitchenette was great - only minus is there was no freezer, just fridge. Cons: no freezer in the room.
