Staff had no customer service or empathy
I would not recommend this place at all to anyone coming in from out of town horrible experience, checking in. The young lady that works overnight seemed to be intoxicated or tweaking off of something. I was told that I would be accommodated by early morning check-in after arriving on an 8 HourRd. trip in attempting to check in the young lady told me my total I pulled out my phone and tapped to pay. She then told me that my car declined. I told her I’m not sure about that. I just got an alert, saying that it went through after logging into my checking account and confirming that the payment d

Downtown St. Paul Gem
Breakfast was free, delicious, and a vast selection! The hotel is clean, with an old-world charm and vibe. Very secure and friendly staff. The room is spacious with high ceilings and clean. Offered all the amenities you'd need. We stayed for two nights after taking the train up and will stay again in the future! It is next to the depot and many bars/resturants are within walking distance.

Dirty, poor service, brown/blood, broken bed.
Terrible service on 8/8. The king bed was broken. It banged and clanged when I got into it. The couch had what I HOPE to be a series of “brown / chocolate” smudges on the corner by the arm rest.
When I spoke to the front desk they refused to switch my room, and pretended to check the computer for 2 whole seconds.
I reached out to world of Hyatt support and “we’re sorry we can’t help after you’ve checked in” after 15 mins of waiting on the the agent to check.
Do not stay here until management changes the terrible behaviors of the front desk.
