Not lost a among the many guest and visitors.

I have traveled through many nice hotels through the last 30 years on business and this hotel stands out as that top few that made me feel less like I was traveling for a convention or customer visit and more like a person. At every level the staff was friendly and warm, the building and room seemed bright and full of life and I genuinely enjoyed just being there. I would like to thank them for the human experience not just a stay and move on feeling you sometimes get when traveling.

It was expensive obviously, but overall I felt safe.

Pros: I like the location and it's proximity to other attractions. We could walk everywhere. Cons: I did not like the rudeness of the front desk clerk and valet. But that was just the first night. After that everything was smooth.

It was above and beyond! I’ve been going to this Hyatt for 36 years and I’ve never had a complaint! It gets better and better each year!! I love that place ! It’s like home every time I come!
