Cute little getaway for me and my daughter
Pros: The pool was lush. The property looked like it did in the photos when I booked Cons: I would have liked a window in the room for fresh air.

A Four Star Experience that Delivers
Pros: Staff were professional and gave excellent customer service. Bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Lovely rooms. An easy walk from New Street train station and close to the theatres. Cons: The steam room and sauna in the spa are tiny. The steam room is only big enough to seat 4 people at a time. The hotel was not busy when we were there so it was not a problem but had it been busier it would have been irritating to wait for a spot to get in. Also, the ladies changing area for the spa has minimal seating so again this would be a problem if busy.
