Pros: Staff and location excellent Cons: Nothing, just some people coming in early hours and noisy, but thats their selfishness not hotels fault

Mostly excellent!
Pros: I’ve always wanted to visit Hyatt Birmingham loved everything about the stay mainly. Cons: The bath didn’t drain when using the shower until after you had stopped it awhile on finishing.
