Friendly staff and great location- not as comfortable as I’d like.
Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the central location. Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a lack of hot water to the shower.

Pros: location Cons: room was old and a bit run down. Shower had very little pressure. Lots of scuff marks everywhere. First night the bed was missing sheets. Totally not worth the money I paid. 1,900 for 3 nights including parking was way too much for the level of the facilities and the services offered.
Convenient location for a few days, great indoor pool
Pros: Swimming pool and gym were great. Beds were very comfortable. Cons: Free clam chowder didn't have any clams in it (go to Legal Seafood for the real thing.) Street entrance was a bit odd (have to catch a lift to the lobby) but ok once you got used to it.

Very well located hotel, check in was smooth and attention at all times was very good. Room service was better than many restaurants nearby
