Not what I had expected
Pros: The hotel overall was nice and the room was clean. The location was very nice. Cons: Being a downtown hotel, there was no free parking, the bed was a metal frame that the outside kept falling off and making noise. Breakfast was not included with our stay and when we did it was 25 dollars a person, what we got was not worth 25 dollars at all. Very disappointed

Not what I had expected
Pros: The hotel overall was nice and the room was clean. The location was very nice. Cons: Being a downtown hotel, there was no free parking, the bed was a metal frame that the outside kept falling off and making noise. Breakfast was not included with our stay and when we did it was 25 dollars a person, what we got was not worth 25 dollars at all. Very disappointed

Let's say it was a comfortable bed on a cold night, Just Okay.
Pros: The Beds are extremely comfortable. TV and Channel selection good. Photos in Elevators of times gone by, gave a sense of history to surrounding area. Valet Parking great benefit. Coffee Machine in room. Robert at the front desk. Polite, professional and helpful Cons: I requested a room away from the Elevators. I was given Rm 1413 right next to elevators. The room thermostat was either off or disfunctioning on arrival, The room was 16 degrees (F) on arrival. The phone in the room had also not been working. The handset needed new batteries. Both issues were dealt with promptly but it was i
