An excellent place to stay in downtown Calgary
The Hyatt Regency (downtown) was very conveniently located for our stay, immediately adjacent to Stephen Avenue pedestrian mall, and within a very short walking distance of a C-train station. Hotel reception staff were friendly and very efficient; we experienced the quickest check-in and check-out service I think I've ever encountered at any hotel. We usually manage without the assistance of a porter, but the porter was very helpful in assisting us with loading our car upon our departure. We were able to obtain parking within the hotel's parkade (which I have heard can be a problem). This allo

Great experience!
Very well designed and intuitive room and great staff response. Also very impressed with their sustainability efforts such as a filtered water faucet and re-usable cups and glasses.
