Worth the money
The location was great. Rooms were suites and very large. Price was very good. Parking was tight but the staff was very helpful. Rooms were worn -- but clean. We did not eat there. Overall, a good B+/A- hotel. Well worth the money.
Family Emergency Visit
We had a family emergency in Green Bay and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help my family during this difficult time.

Good for business trip. Well placed and nice staff. Good gym and breakfast. Good for families and events as well. Highly recommended.
Extremely disappointed Hyatt Lifetime Globalist
Extremely disappointing — not what I expect from Hyatt. I am a Hyatt Lifetime Globalist and have stayed at many Hyatt properties around the world. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with the brand. The hotel feels old, worn out, and badly in need of renovation. It simply does not live up to the Hyatt Regency standard. The biggest frustration came when I returned after a long day and found that my room had not been cleaned. At reception, I was told that rooms are only cleaned every third day. This directly contradicted the written information I received
