Clean, comfortable, very easy to commute in the area.
Pros: Very organized and clean environment. Receptionist were very helpful and nice. Cons: Honestly I didn’t dislike anything about the property.

NEMC TRIP
Service was great. Food so so except for Einstein bagels. 24/7. Valet parking good. Special thanks to Mike Fahyci and partner this morning Aug 8 loading our truck in valet parking

Hyatt not at its best
The software for managing reservations is horrible. We were here for conference early August. I changed my number of stay nights on line BEFORE the conference, at checkin they had no record. Changed it AGAIN at check in, looked at my invoice and it still had extra night. A colleague had the hotel say she did not have reservation and she booked two Months before. Then she tried to get room, none available. She went to another hotel, got a room. Then Hyatt tried to charge her for a room they did not have. If you arrive on a Sunday, nothing open even mid day and afternoon. Nothing open around ho
