Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York

The hotel exceeded my recommendations.

Pros: The room felt very new and clean. The room had a nice TV and plenty of USB and power outlets on both sides of the bed. The shower was very nice. Cons: The bathroom could have used a few more towel racks. I wouldn't exactly call the view of the parking garage and Queens a "city view." The casino next door could have used a little more entertainment. The Sugarfactory restaurant next door had terrible service at breakfast. It took 15 minutes before our order was taken and then we had to ask multiple times before our coffee showed up and then asked multiple times for milk and sugar on
