最高と言いたかったのに最悪。
Pros: 部屋は綺麗で快適。景色も良い。 Cons: 日程を追加で、やむを得ず予約は公式サイトとbookingcomの2つに分かれていた。 チェックイン時の説明してサインも2回分。 朝食がついているとの案内あり。認識がなかったので、本当についているのか確認した。 案の定、２日目の朝食後料金を請求された。 約5千円。 朝食付きが初日のbooking comの予約だけなら、確認した時に言うべきです。 チェックインの時と同じフロントマンに抗議したけどコミニケーション不足だねとニヤニヤ。 彼は確かに朝食付きと言い、1泊だけとは言わなかった。 英語がおぼつかなくてもわかる。 騙された気がします。 彼はチェックインの時も馬鹿にした態度で感じが悪かった。 ハイアットリージェンシー信用できない。 最悪です。
