最高と言いたかったのに最悪。

Pros: 部屋は綺麗で快適。景色も良い。 Cons: 日程を追加で、やむを得ず予約は公式サイトとbookingcomの2つに分かれていた。 チェックイン時の説明してサインも2回分。 朝食がついているとの案内あり。認識がなかったので、本当についているのか確認した。 案の定、２日目の朝食後料金を請求された。 約5千円。 朝食付きが初日のbooking comの予約だけなら、確認した時に言うべきです。 チェックインの時と同じフロントマンに抗議したけどコミニケーション不足だねとニヤニヤ。 彼は確かに朝食付きと言い、1泊だけとは言わなかった。 英語がおぼつかなくてもわかる。 騙された気がします。 彼はチェックインの時も馬鹿にした態度で感じが悪かった。 ハイアットリージェンシー信用できない。 最悪です。

Pros: The View and area was nice Cons: Room wasn't ready till after 3pm had to wait, then when we got to room it hadn't been hoovered very well, bits of lego and orange beads on various places,, the sign in room said strictly no smoking on balcony, but there was cigarette butts on balcony
