Shout out to Terry Mandley
Terry Mandley in security is the best! He helped me with an issue outside of his responsibilities, and I appreciate it!
Nice but misleading and hidden fees.
Pros: I was charged for my breakfast that was supposed to be free with my reservation. Also when asked about the parking fee I was given misleading information which lead to me paying an extra 50.00. I called about it and had to speak to 3 different people before someone tried to help. I still haven’t heard back from no one. Cons: The misleading and hidden fees.
Way too loud for a family
The hotel is nice but good gosh the noise from the music from fourth street live is absurd. It was 10 PM, I was in the shower, with a sound machine on full blast for my kids, and I could still hear the music. There was NO sleep for us. We chose this hotel because it was supposed to be easy to walk to places. Had I known a rave would be happening outside my window, I would have stayed elsewhere
