Nice centrally located but expensive 5 star property.. Reception staff need training.
Pros: Central location. Nice 2 bedroom family apartment with lounge area and good views. Reqsted for late checkout by 2 hours and they agreed. Cons: At time of checkin, approached the reception desk. 3 girls saw me approaching with passports in hand. They did not look up to greet or welcome or even smile. All 3 kept on looking at the computers and looked totally confused. I had to capture their attention. They started chk in, no greeting, no smile, no welcome. I have travelled to 60 countries and resided in multiple hotels worldwide, and would never expect such a reception experience in a Hya
