Beyond Expectations!
Pros: The breakfast buffet was so posh. The overall hotel felt like being on a cruise ship. We loved staying in this hotel after being two days riding the Amtrak. The location was so easy to get to from the station. We were able to get an Uber so easily from the train to the hotel but we would have walked if it was not raining, the middle of the night, travelling with three kids, elderly man, and lots of suitcases! Cons: If the suitcase trolleys were accessible to guests without having staff to get it for us, I think it would be less confusing and faster. Also if the elevators were explained a
