the room was clean, and the view was nice.
Pros: the parking was expensive and not convenient. the self parking lot is located behind the hotel , which requires a fair long walk to the entrance. valet parking cost higher than other hotel.
Cons: the bathroom was noise. the toilet did not flush consistently. the room key also stop working , we reported the problem couples but we have to wait for quite a while before a technician finally came and fixed it, which was very inconvenient. The room missing basic amenities such as Q tip and a toothbrush kit.

Great Hotel
Love the room. Everyone was helpful and kind. Room was spacious and well kept by housekeeping. Parking needs to improve though,

Best Disney and family events location
Excellent location for family and also for singles to explore the area and very welcoming staff , rooms are clean and location is just what you need to be close to everything Disney and other cultural food

Restful and Luxurious stay
Location is prime to leisure activities and Disney shuttle and plenty of restaurants fast food and Morton’s and Ruth Chris were a nice touch and we can’t leave Cheesecake Factory out of the equation. That’s always a must go for us.
