I had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency, and I wanted to take a moment to thank some of the amazing people who made it extra special. A huge thank you to Gemmalyn, Cherry, Joseph, Jerilyn, Yahya, and Al Anoud. Every time I visited, they welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel right at home. I would definitely come back on my next stay in Riyadh
Pros: Very calm and relaxing. Very warm staff who generously upgraded me to an executive suite. In addition, they offered me the Regency Club, very nice gestures. I thank them immensely. Very discreet staff but always attentive and caring. Superb breakfast, very complete.
Cons: I loved everything except the wifi which didn't work super well from time to time but it's only a detail considering the superb facilities the hotel offers.
