Disappointed with the Stay

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, a handyman spent half an hour fixing things in the apartment, which was an unprofessional start to our stay. The cleanliness was subpar, as we found ants inside the apartment, making it uncomfortable. The facilities were poorly maintained—the water pressure was terrible, the fridge was not functioning properly and failed to keep items cold, and the living room door wouldn’t close securely. As if that wasn't enough, the flooring was hazardous; a piece of wood even got stuck in my friend’s foot! After rep

What an amazing apartment - clean, comfortable, great facilities. Would definitely book here again.

Lovely flat

The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery. Location was great Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided. I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided. This is my only criticism
