Pros: The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the subway and train station. The hotel has a good value for money. The room was comfortable and fairly clean, the beds were comfortable, although a bit noisy. The staff was professional and helpful. Cons: To leave luggage before check-in and after check-out, I had to pay 5 pounds (10 in total).

Pros: Nice bed Cons: Scammed to give £50 deposit on arrival, said it is automatically refunded at midnight after you check out which is out of order, it’s the following day and I haven’t been refunded, staff rude, not recommending this hotel to anyone, no lift and four floors high

Small bed, but really nice location
Pros: The hotel's location was great and the receptionists were helpful. We got a second blanket and a lot of research help with specific questions. The bathroom was clean and a nice size. Cons: The room was downstairs and it had no view at all. The bed was really small, even though it was booked for two people. The room was a little shabby and the sink in the bathroom really small.

Pros: Location is good. Easy to get around other places. Cons: - our room is on the 4th floor, so it's a bit of an effort going up, some steep stairs - the kettle has a really short wire, you need to hold the kettle if you will use it which is dangerous.
