Séjour agréable et hôtel très bien situé mais le staff hommes de la réception est très peu agréable
Pros: Excellente localisation en plein centre-ville à proximité immédiate de Queen Street et Viaduct Harbour Cons: Le staff homme qui travaille en soirée: ils ne répondent pas aux salutations, ils ne sont pas agréables, ils n’ont aucun sens du service client. ACCOR qui est un groupe Français doit vraiment faire un effort sur la qualité du service client et l’accueil à la réception

My Home away from home.
The reception manager on duty, an Indian gentleman who helped me to have an early check-in which allows me to rest as soon as I can and rooms are always welcoming. :)
