I am still waiting for a response regarding my overpayment.
Cons: Communication. I paid a deposit of 266€ thinking of staying 3 nights on site. In the end, I only stayed 2 nights and had 2 breakfasts. I am still waiting for the hotel's response for the refund of their overcharge. I think this experience will be my last booking through booking.com. From now on, I will book directly with hotels. Bad experience
Pros: Nothing at all, I regret a lot Cons: When I arrived at the reception, there was no one there. I rang the bell and waited for 10 minutes until someone arrived. They made the key card for me to open the door. I went up to the second floor and the card didn't work. I went back to the reception, and no one was there. I rang and waited for 1 hour before someone came to make me another card. The staff are incompetent, and the hotel is dirty.

Approximate location. The booking email gave me the wrong address (not the right ibis). Room with freshly plastered walls. Poor quality bed. Very noisy. The floor creaks, the doors squeak, help!
