I had made two reservations and couldn't arrive on time with one, so I made a third one to make up for the lost day

I had made two reservations and couldn't arrive on time with one, so I made a third one to make up for the lost day. But I had called the hotel for 2 days to explain and avoid any issues. Still, when I arrived, no one knew anything. My situation is not so difficult. The impression was that the staff was oblivious to their duties. To be avoided if possible.
