Nice hotel outside of town

Arrived for a 5 night stay with breakfast £252 approx Reception staff excellent good customer service Parking £5 a day but free if registered blue badge Our room on ground floor Twin beds shower with glass door sink in room toilet in like a cupboard Room small tv on wall No hairdryer or kettle ( tea and coffee available in reception) Beds comfortable room clean air conditioner runs hot and we set temperature at 23 which was just right Breakfast in reception plenty of tables and chairs Buffet breakfast cereals yogurt pastries. Ham cheese tomato cucumber brown and white bread fresh fruit. Fruit

Not recommended

Disastrous hotel. There is no heating in the rooms or in the corridors. In the room, we only had a hot air conditioning unit, which was not enough to heat the room, let alone the bathroom... We had to request a change of room and had the same problem in the next one... Breakfast was poor and there was not much variety. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here

This is not a hotel. It is a scam to separate you from your money and maximize their profits. Do not stay here. Room is not “open plan” as the management says. There is a sink in the space next to the bed as well as a shower. No place for toiletries. No bathroom. No room to even open your cases. No place to sit down. For £115 a night, you should at least get a tea kettle in the room. Motel 6 in the US will give you a coffee maker for $39 a night.

Great location for trams

It was myself and my adult son in a wheelchair. Came for comicon weekend. Perfect location for trams just 5 min walk across the road. But as having a wheelchair user and arriving by tram it was not clearly signed which way for wheelchair users. We had to ask the business park's security and they pointed around the back of the hotel. This was a huge struggle with pushing the wheelchair AND pulling the suitcase as the path isn't tarmac and we got stuck a couple of times which stressed my son out. We managed to make the small room work by folding the wheelchair up and tucking it over by the windo

Budget Hotel worth staying in

I would highly recommend this hotel, the room was spotless, had everything you needed. A 2-minute walk from the tram which is only 3 stops from the Airport. Only stayed the one night but would have happily stayed for a week. The bed was comfortable, the air con was great, the shower was powerful and a good temperature. Reception staff very friendly. Had seen some very mixed reviews so was worried, no need to worry. Will definitely stay again, great value. Have stayed in easyjet room and it is double the size of it.
