Pros: The location is excellent, rooms are clean, staff are friendly Cons: There is no parking attached to the hotel

Excellent as a no frills budget base for a short break in Leeds.

Pros: I had a large accessible room with wet room (not requested). There is a pub with food sharing the ground floor. It is close to the city centre and bus station. Cons: TV was tiny and too far away from the bed or chair. Towels changed despite being hung up after use. Power socket too far away from bed for charging without a long lead.

PAY MORE TO HAVE QUALITY SLEEP.

Pros: Location and staff Cons: I have had to book an appointment with my doctor after staying here as the mattress is sooooo bad. My back is in pain. It was like sleeping on a rock actually a rock could be more comfortable. Also there was hair on the sheets which was very off putting.
