Great stay

Pros: Great location the bar area was very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. All good Cons: The bed could have been more comfortable

Pros: Parking and reception both easily accessible Cons: The only snag is the bathroom was cold as the fan was on and the room was hot but its only a small thing

Pros: I liked the staff and the breakfast Cons: The location wasnt on a bus ride to the station

great except for the second nights meal

Pros: the hotel s location was perfect for what we wanted to do . breakfast was good clean tidy .what more can i say. Cons: Sorry ibis we had 2 meal in the restaurant, first night good. Second night took one hour plus to get our meals, some bits were cold had to return them, Some people were asking for money back and leaving. Are main problem was my partner is type1 diabetic, and took her insulin 15 mins after ordering (same as night before) allowing for food to be cooked so after 1 hour waiting she was in trouble, we had to ask staff for sugar as her blood levels had dropped so low.
