Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean, and there's great access to public transport, the breakfast was decent for the price, given the selection on offer, it was a large buffet breakfast. Cons: It's slap bang in the middle of a very busy roundabout, with non-stop traffic day and night, bring noise cancelling headphones!! Also, the breakfast had no fried eggs in the English breakfast section of the breakfast buffet, only scrambled eggs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good, lots of selection. Would stay again. Easy to get to and from the 02.

Comfortable stay.

Staff were excellent helpful and accommodating. The accommodation was comfortable with good transport links. Great value for money. Would definitely still again.

Shocking service

Pros: Nothing Cons: The fact that the room we had booked (and guaranteed with a credit card) was not available on our arrival. We had booked a twin (necessary because of my wife's disability) but we were only offered a standard double. Because of the time of day (nearly midnight) we had no option but to take that room. Upon later complaining we were told that, as they had provided a family room with two beds made up, we couldn't have a refund. The fact was that they only provided one made up bed but they said their records showed we had a room with two made up beds so they couldn't refund us.
