Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, bus and tube stations just around the corner. Shopping could be done right next door.

An excellent location for the museums by bus and within walking distance to the Westfield centre.
Pros: There was a good selection available at breakfast. Cons: When I had breakfast at 8am, there was only white bread available for toasting.
