ibis London Sutton Point

Receptionist was being discriminatory and also if there is a£100 deposit to stay. You should at least tell someone befor

Pros: Nothing Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nice rooms. Nice hotel staff. Cons: Just wish there was a fridge in the rooms.

Pros: cheap and easy check in Cons: restaurant menu and lack of facilities

What really sets this Ibis hotel apart is its staff. From arrival to departure, every single team member was professional, courteous, and eager to assist. Nothing was ever too much trouble—whether it was accommodating a late check-in, answering questions about transport, or ensuring breakfast was fresh and pleasant. Their warm hospitality added so much value to my stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my visit so comfortable!
