Falsche Ausstattungsmerkmale
Cons: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht, die laut Booking auch vorhanden sein sollte. Nach einer Anreise über 7 Stunden durften wir dann feststellen, dass diese überhaupt nicht da war sondern lediglich ein Ventilator. Mit Hund im Hochsommer leider absolut nicht zumutbar. Die Dame an der Rezeption war überhaupt nicht begeistert und lösungsorientiert. Um unser Geld zurück zu bekommen mussten wir als Gäste nach 7 Stunden Reise erstmal mit Booking telefonieren um die Buchung stornieren zu lassen. Warum das heutzutage noch nicht über das Hotel gemacht werden kann, wenn die sowieso telef

Pros: Trevlig personal. Hundvänligt. Cons: Vårt hundrum luktade väldigt mycket hund redan när vi kom. Att ha heltäckningsmatta i ett hundrum kanske inte rekommenderas.
