Pros: Room Cons: Overall, i had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the check-in process. When i arrived, there was a man standing at the front counter whom I initially assumed was a hotel staff member. He had assisted me, but i later realised that he was not a member of staff. As a solo traveler, I felt uncomfortable with this situation, particularly as he appeard to have access to information about my room number.
