Brilliant location. Late check-out at 11am was a great surprise! Room was lovely and renovated. We were up on a high floor and it was quiet.

Handy location to CBD- Comfortable rooms

Pros: Clean comfortable rooms, Central location in city, close to shops and attractions, Staff were helpful Cons: The main foyer furniture and rugs were stained and grubby looking. Vibrant colours and styling but looked in need of a good steam clean

In the heart to all

Pros: The location is great. Coles, target & shopping centre next door. Walking distance to casino, Southbank & Queen St mall. Great pub with live music everyday day. Staff are lovely. Would definitely stay there again. Cons: Just a little disappointed that I emailed to have at least one room ready out of 4 so we could check in a little earlier. It didn't happen. But in the end we felt we could leave behind the counter. Bar prices a bit steep. If it is cheaper we would have stayed drinking there a little longer. Service there was a bit slow.
