Great and comfy facility and ideal location

Pros: Good choice of food at breakfast, covering all types of diet. Very good bathroom suitable for all, including wheelchair users. Air con and free WiFi, with tea and coffee and biscuits in each room. Good location for Princess Street and Old Town. 24/7 reception. Cons: Prices inflated during Edinburgh Festival

Nice.

Pros: Location is good. Staff are polite. Cons: Bathroom privacy is problematic, door is glass and not closing totally. And a bit expensive I think due to festival.
