Good value and comfortable room, but slow check-in process.

Pros: Good value for the price, good location, simple but satisfactory room. Free coffee/tea in the lobby. Hot water in the shower. Good blackout curtains in room. Cons: Check-in was extremely slow, and I didn't want to have to do the check-in process online which maybe could have speeded things up. No hand towel in the bathroom. There was an outlet in the bathroom, but it was difficult to find.

Pros: We were upgraded to a Superior Room with Double Bed and in-room Sauna. The sauna was very nice and heated quickly. Cons: The sauna accessories (hourglass and signs) were worn from too much use. The tv constantly showed a warning popup “Storage low” which was annoying.
