Cons: אנשים אחרים אולי היו עושים מזה עניין גדול ובצד !! פשוט אין לנו סבלנות וזמן להתעסק עם אנשים שלא מכבדים את העסק שלהם . היתרון היחיד של החדר זה הנוף והמארח בשיא החוצפה לא מודיע שהבניין עובר עבודות שיפוץ ותחזוקה ו 2 המרפסות סגורות !! ללא יציאה אליהם כך שהרסו את כל החוויה. ונוסף על כך כל החלונות היו מצופים בשכבת הגנה . היו צריכים להחזיר חצי מהכסף לפחות
Could have been much better. Not as advertised.
Pros: Couch, Pool and TV. Tulum restaurant which can be accessed from the building. Cons: Balcony was not open due to renovation work. Pool is not open Monday to Friday due to renovation work. No curtains/blackout in one of the bedroom/ or the living room. noise from the plastic on the balcony flapping in the wind. The photos of the balcony in the listing are not representative of the current state. Sheets from the previous tenant left in the washing machine. Our towels were left in the tumble dryer on arrival, rather than in the bedrooms or bathroom.

Pros: Location Cons: We were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering the rate per night. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the standards we expected. Some of the main issues were: The main toilet seat was dirty upon arrival. There were stains in the bathtub. We found cockroaches in the kitchen and inside the dishwasher. There was a water leak from the exhaust fan in the main bathroom. Plastic coverings had been placed over the windows, blocking what should have been one of the apartment's main attractions: the view. The blackout curtain in the master bedroom was missing

Pros: The location and views were great. Cons: Serious maintenance issues like shower temperature, holes on the wall, no window treatment in a bedroom.
