Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal - quiet, yet close enough to everywhere we wanted to go (seafront, shops, theatre and train stations). Cons: Furniture and decor was a little tired, but everything worked.

Pleasant stay but a little maintenance needed
Pros: The staff and location Cons: Room missing a curtain so too much light got in. Door needs a handle, hard to open from inside room. Shower was working properly.
I would not use this hotel again given the attitude
Pros: Room seemed nice when we checked in, - it was clean. Breakfast was fine. Close to centre of town rather than close to sea. Cons: We had a late night and the key that we were given to get into the external door didn't work. It was wrong key. At 2.20am in the morning, this was not great. Poor attitude from staff regarding this - didn't sleep in the room in the end because couldn't access it. Did get a partial refund but no apology from them. The wifi was also rubbish - it only worked in the bar area. They should have checked that their keys worked. I ended up sleeping in my sons room (whic
