L’équipe sur place a fait ce qu’il fallait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux !

Pros: L’accueil du personnel, la deuxième chambre (la première était chaotique), matelas et oreiller confortable, pression puissante dans la douche, piscine agréable même si fraîche, bonbons à l’entrée, salon du premier. Cons: La première chambre avant changement : cheveux/poils dans la baignoire et lavabos, porte de la salle de bain qu’il faut fermer à coup d’épaule, pommeau de douche ultra dur voir défectueux. Chambre 505 à bannir ou restaurer.

Overall, I Was Happy With My Stay

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was out of this world! So, so good! I also thought the location of the hotel was ideal. Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and the television only had a couple of stations.

Very friendly staff, could be cleaner but did the job

Pros: Staff were very friendly, we sent an email asking for a double room instead of a twin room and they listened and made that happen which was great. Cons: The room wasn’t clean and a few other issues. There was a used dirty razor that was part of our welcome pack, the toilet seat was dirty when we arrived, a left over KitKat was on the side (honestly not sure if that was for us or left over but if it was for us, surely there’d be 2 KitKats?) The toilet seat lid kept collapsing on my back every time I went to the toilet and there was only one towel for both of us. The room as a whole was ju
