Hotel is showing its age.
Pros: Room very dated. Bathroom Good. Breakfast same as every Hotel Cons: They Charge for Car Parking. So parked on street for free. Fabulous Three Course meal, their words. The Choice of meals was so poor ordered of Main Menu.

Still waiting for hotel to come back to me after I put a complaint in. Not booking this hotel again unless I’m contacted
Pros: My favourite hotel in Blackpool. The wait staff were excellent at breakfast. Made sure I got some gluten free toast Cons: Put in a room with non opening and sealed window. This is a very old building. I didn’t feel safe. Given one fan for cooling. It was boiling with no chance of fresh air. If we hadn’t been exhausted from the heat we would have left. I have emailed the hotel and manager is looking into it. I’ve had no reply since. No teaspoon for a morning coffee. We had to use a pen. Only the back up lift was working. The main lift had been broken a week. It was like fawlty towers. I p

Cons: Food at breakfast left a lot to be desired, over cooked and warmed up too many times never saw one fried egg without a hard yolk, black pudding like rubber
