Pros: Staff was amazing. Lady with blonde hair on reception was lovely. Cons: Wasn't the cleaniest

Pros: Cleanliness and pleasant staff . Cons: There was insufficient staff on Reception . At check in and check out there were long queues but only one member of staff working. You now seem to be relying on technology for people to manage their own bookings . You are in the hospitality industry where service is important

Lovely stay
Pros: Lovely stay, great traditional place with friendly staff. Cons: My only "moan" is the pancake machine ran out of mixture and when asked about the the member of staff I spoke to said they'd get it done immediately, it wasn't done by time I'd finished my breakfast but certainly didn't ruin it.

Thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to visit again.
Pros: Friendly, welcoming staff and we enjoyed having a dance to the entertainment at night. Also, a good sized car park. Cons: The inside of the building could do with a little tlc as it was a little "tired" looking in places.
