Overall very happy we would consider coming again
Pros: Location was great. Accesability was okay but I did like the fact they cater for disabled customers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were just amazing. The room was comfortable. Cons: Steps into the property and down into the restaurant was a challenge
Great hotel & staff
Just returned from a 5 day break from the imperial hotel it was our first time to use this company for a coach holiday and hopefully won’t be the last we was very impressed with the coaches used our drivers Steve & Gordon was fantastic very professional with greeting us and the standard of driving in particular Gordon on our return journey was such a character We was greeted by the hotel staff on arrival and our rooms was ready it was very high standard and a low floor with a walk in shower as we requested The meals was okay my wife wasn’t too impressed but I felt they was fine in particular
Great hotel
Just returned from a great holiday at the imperial hotel.In my opinion this is the best hotel that we have stayed at with Daish’s holidays.The hotel in great location,the room we had been refurbished and had nice walk in shower.Every meal we had was very good and good choice on menu,portions very generous.We have stayed here before and it was nice to see a lot of staff that were still there from last time we stayed there which tells me they are happy to work there.The service the staff give you is excellent,housekeeping staff did room every day to good standard.The management can be very proud

Pros: Location and plenty of space in the hotel Cons: The rooms are very hot, although they’re not in control of the weather and TV didn’t work in the room, fan blew out dust!
Great location near seafront and public transport.
Pros: A very enjoyable stay. Some elements of the hotel are a little dated. Excellent on cleanliness, good location and friendly staff. Good food. On street parking nearby with permit from reception. Cons: Tea/ hot water could be brought to table on arrival at breakfast.
