super happy
got the suite for a business trip. we were a couple. superb view over Petronas towers, well soundproof, great exclusive lounge, huge breakfast, Karen very kind at reception. couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful staff and a great location
Very nice hotel in a great central location in KL. Enjoyed the facilities, but the highlight is the staff who couldn't enough to assist with my stay. Special mention to Sara in reservations (and Kahadin on the front desk) who kindly sorted out an issue with my room rate when I arrived.

Great hotel for a few nights
Great hotel and so close to various sights. The twin towers are very close and the pedestrian walkway is right outside the door. Great breakfast and great view of the city. Marked it down one as I found the air conditioner very cold and needed a jacket on in the room.
