I am very dissatisfied with Booking.com and its unscrupulous behavior!!!

Property and staff were very good’. But I was very unhappy with Booking..com!!! I originally booked the Indaba room for Aug 20-Aug 21 for the one night prior to joining Intrepid tour of 18 days as my usual..I booked over a month before: the room cost 85 plus fees to about $102!! I thought things were set. To my surprise/shock the week before I was to leave on the trip; I got my Visa bill and found that Booking.com had canceled my original room and refund ed the $102 ‘at my request’!!! I never made such a request!!! I then had to immediately rebook a room for that night but had to pay $130

Lovely hotel but not close to much

Pros: Very nice room and good facilities, restaurant was lovely Cons: Location was safe and close to mall but far from everything else

Great staycation

The chief boma and Epson restaurant. Good food,great entertainment and friendly staff.
