Great Stay
We had a lovely overnight stay at the Independence Park Hotel. The location is terrific, close to historical sites, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant and our room was quite comfortable. Staff members were helpful and polite. The breakfast offered is varied and everything was fresh. Parking for the hotel is very reasonable and is located about 1.5 blocks away.
Excellent place to stay in Old City
The hotel was clean, the room was small but had everything I needed and the location is amazing. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.
Great staff, clean hotel, amazing location!
Pros: Clean hotel with super friendly staff in an excellent location. Historic look and fit the purpose of my visit perfectly. Loved that the served breakfast too! Cons: Not at all a game changer because the hotel is historic, but no bar in the hotel. Also, some of the area not far away is a bit dodgy, but not bad or unsafe.
In the Place Where It Happened and Happens
Recently stayed 5 nights at the IPH on a pleasure, sight-seeing visit. Rooms was small but perfectly suited for someone spending time out and about and only coming back to snooze and rest between attractions. Clean facilities. Excellently maintained. Polite and professional front desk. Friendly breakfast room staff and hallway chats with housekeeping were likewise friendly and welcoming. IPH is conveniently located a short walk from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell (the town's two major attractions).
