Pros: Everything! The location, the cottage, the surroundings! Everything is truly beautiful 😍. We were with E bikes and cycled around the entire area. The cottage is just a short 15-minute bike ride from Canterbury (downhill on the way there so it's faster 😅) but you can also easily reach the coast via very nice routes and charming villages. Highly recommended!! Cons: Nothing!
The perfect place for a quiet stay
Great communication before our arrival and property access provided. Lovely friendly and helpful family. Annex is perfect for a private quiet stay, while enjoying the gorgeous location. Very comfortable and all facilities needed were stylish. Information available on using the appliances along with local attractions. Deborah was quick to respond to any queries and provided f2f information.
This holiday home was so relaxing and peaceful. Would love to return.

Pros: The location of the annex is superb: It is close to Canterbury but in the countryside. We got the feeling of the TV program back to the country. The annex is on the owners' property but the grounds are so large that you have total privacy. It is very spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Upon arrival, a good explanation from the owner about everything. The owners were super friendly, helpful, and communication with them is good. Of the 6 accommodations we rented during our trip in England, this was the only house with comfortable garden furniture. I would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing
