Great location, pleasant staff, good breakfast. Really would benefit a refurb

Pros: Location and clean Cons: A lot of stairs a bit run down

Good but set up of stairs etc . made it a bit difficult.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Nice selection and very tasty. Cons: All the stairs. Up one flight, corridor, down some more stairs, up again. not good for my partially disabled wife. Should have been told in the original booking form.

Right next door to the Barn Theatre, nice pre theatre meal and the staff were attentive and efficient.

Good location with handy parking

Pros: The location was great, about a five minute walk to the shops. The bedroom was air-conditioned. Cheap long stay parking just opposite the hotel, that was good. We liked the fact dogs were not allowed in the hotel, except the bar area (assistance dogs being the exception). Cons: Staff can be hard to find when you need them. We were not impressed with the frosted bathroom door as we could see each other sitting on the toilet!! Also there was no light above or near the wash basin making it difficult to see in the mirror above (this was in Brown bedroom). Breakfast menu didn't include everyt

Nice enough but very sweaty

Pros: Really lovely staff Cons: Needs aircon - was boiling hot so if staying in the summer need to be mindful of that
