Excellent location in centre of Madrid. Parking is a public car park next to hotel which is very tight for a large car and costs €33 for the night. Room very comfortable and roof top terrace is great for a drink and meal which was good quality.

This hotel is in a great location, next to the metro and easy walking to the city for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel looks great from the outside with great water feature and lots of greenery. However that is all superficial! Our room was on the first floor, the carpets leading to the room were extremely dirty, it is ingrained dirt and looked like it was never cleaned. The room was an ok size however the carpet was filthy. I wore my flip flops as didn’t want to walk on carpet. There is no sound proofing and when the room above us decided to shower at 12.30am, it felt like they were in the
