Pros: Location Cons: The towels were a huge problem. They were unable to absorb any water. It was like squeeze in your body. We think it’s probably a way there. Processed with a water softener. That’s making a casing on the cotton fiber so it will absorb water. It’s a nightmare to use.
Good breakfast variety and friendly staff.
Year 4 for our tennis group and a great overall stay for the US OPEN.
Pros: Great location to the train, the US Open and Great Neck. Boutique hotel with breakfast and parking. Safe and nice. Restaurant was good and they set up to watch tennis in the lounge. Very nice. Staff was great. Cons: They didn't clean our room on day 2 and there was no housekeeping available. Fixed the next day.
