There are definitely a few issues with communications here
There are definitely a few issues with communications here. We received an email a few days prior to our stay telling us to let them know if we wanted the digital key and parking. I replied back we wanted both and didn't get a reply until after we were already home from our stay. We also had a terrible time with the digital key option. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 PM or earlier and would be notified via the app and a text message that our room was ready and how to get in. At 6:30 pm we ended up walking out of our way over to the other facility with staff and were told, without

Location is great if you’re wanting to be in the quarter
Location is great if you’re wanting to be in the quarter. Not having a real lobby was a downer. On Sunday morning, yesterday’s cold coffee was still in the coffee pot. Luckily it’s close by a lot of options for coffee and breakfast. Hotel didn’t charge 50% at booking like they were supposed to which caused confusion. However the lady who walked over from sister property was very helpful and got it sorted out!
